What You'll Do

  • Utilize CI/CD practices to streamline the development process and improve deployment efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on Python and cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in microservices architecture and experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations and database management (Postgres, SQL).
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Svelte, or similar frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Experience in the healthcare or benefits industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on customer success and support.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and asynchronous programming (Asyncio, Aiohttp).
  • Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
