About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project & Portfolio Manager - Remote to lead our cross-functional projects and enhance our portfolio management strategies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. As a Senior Project & Portfolio Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements and ensuring compliance across various domains.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee project management frameworks and methodologies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication to align project goals with business objectives.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 and Azure tools for project tracking and documentation.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide analytical insights to enhance project outcomes.
  • Manage compliance with GMP and other regulatory requirements in biologics manufacturing.
  • Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives within the project teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on portfolio management.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written communication abilities.
  • PMP or CAPM certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the EdTech or healthcare sectors.
  • Background in biologics manufacturing or capital project management.
  • Knowledge of payroll management and HRIS systems.
