About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Undercarriage Systems to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the ME Fully Integrated Technologies strategy (ME FIT) while ensuring that our Undercarriage Systems product line meets commercial objectives and customer expectations.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of the Undercarriage Systems product management strategy to drive growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, marketing, and technical teams to align product strategies with market demands.
  • Analyze market trends and customer requirements to inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and provide technical support.
  • Monitor key financial indicators for the Undercarriage Systems product line, ensuring alignment with annual targets.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while managing commercial agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mining, Metallurgical, Industrial or related field).
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in mining and open pits, specifically with undercarriage systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive informed decision-making based on technical data and financial reports.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and ERP platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey product concepts effectively.
