Senior Product Manager - Card Products (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Card Products (Remote) to join our dynamic Product Management team at Crypto.com. In this role, you will drive product initiatives from inception through execution, making a significant impact by launching innovative card products across our global footprint. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to deliver remarkable features and products.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Crypto.com card products, ensuring successful launches and ongoing enhancements.
• Identify the most appropriate strategies for launching in new countries, managing the process end-to-end, including stakeholder management and regulatory compliance.
• Design achievable timelines and oversee the delivery of products to market, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Enhance relationships with business partners and vendors (card schemes, issuers, acquirers) to negotiate optimal solutions and commercial agreements.
• Deeply understand the product landscape and execute enhancements aimed at improving market penetration, usage, and profitability.
• Lead cross-regional and cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of product strategies.
• Stay updated on current trends, competitors, and developments in the crypto and financial markets to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the financial services industry with a focus on card products.
• Strong understanding of card payment systems, regulations, and industry trends.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing card products that drive revenue growth.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with agile product development methodologies is a plus.
