About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team at Alchemy, a leader in the Web3 space. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our products and services. This Senior Product Designer remote role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that impact millions of users globally.

What You'll Do

  • Build production-quality prototypes and ship production front-end code to validate UX direction quickly.
  • Own and evolve Alchemy’s design system, maintaining reusable components and patterns that scale across products.
  • Translate design intent into high-quality React/TypeScript UI, focusing on spacing, hierarchy, motion, and interaction polish.
  • Drive system scalability by identifying gaps and proposing improvements to enhance product consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with product engineers to streamline the transition from prototype to implementation.
  • Enhance our UI building processes through documentation and workflow improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of AI-native product features, creating interaction patterns that support rapid experimentation.
  • Help teams iterate in short cycles, facilitating quick decision-making on what’s feasible and worth building.

Requirements

  • Strong front-end fundamentals with experience in React and TypeScript.
  • Experience in shipping and maintaining component libraries or design systems.
  • A keen eye for design, with attention to hierarchy, spacing, and visual polish.
  • Proven ability to prototype quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between design and technical teams.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with accessibility standards, Storybook, and motion design.
