• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster their growth.
• Utilize AI tools and data analytics to enhance design efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Experience in B2B SaaS products is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with front-end development technologies like React and TypeScript.
