About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer - Mobile Applications (Remote) to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our mobile applications, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly. What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for mobile applications, from ideation to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and marketing, to define and implement design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all mobile applications.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile design and user experience.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team.
• Utilize data analysis to inform design decisions and improve user engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically for mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and mobile application projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of mobile design principles for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of front-end development is a plus.
