Senior P2P Operations Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior P2P Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Binance. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital payments and fintech. You will work closely with regional stakeholders, product teams, risk, and compliance to ensure operational excellence, healthy liquidity, risk mitigation, and a high-quality trading experience for our users.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily P2P performance across key APAC markets, ensuring healthy liquidity, strong order success rates, and an excellent user experience.
• Manage the merchant ecosystem end-to-end, including onboarding, vetting, performance review, incentive programs, and quality improvement.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive data-backed improvements for marketplace efficiency and transaction growth.
• Support the rollout of new P2P features, especially China-first pilots that scale to global markets.
• Collaborate with product, risk, compliance, marketing, and support teams to ensure safe and effective marketplace operations.
• Monitor key metrics such as spreads, liquidity depth, completion rates, cancellations, and fraud trends.
• Research APAC P2P market conditions, payment methods, and user behaviors to inform operational strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5-8 years of experience in P2P operations, marketplace operations, fintech, payments, or crypto.
• Strong understanding of P2P ecosystems, marketplace dynamics, or payment industry models.
• Bilingual English and Chinese are required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable pushing initiatives independently—not just executing tasks.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/SQL familiarity.
• International mindset and ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Nice To Have

• Experience managing merchants or payment partners.
• Knowledge of anti-fraud, transaction monitoring, or operational risk.
• Familiarity with APAC regulatory environments for fiat/P2P products.
