Senior Marketing Program Manager - Events for FinTech
About the Role
Join us as a Senior Marketing Program Manager to help shape the future of finance at Robinhood. This Senior Marketing Program Manager remote position is pivotal in enhancing our Events initiatives, ensuring our marketing capabilities are top-notch. What You'll Do
- Manage all internal workstreams across Marketing, Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure cohesion for related work.
- Facilitate meetings to ensure information exchange and understanding across teams, creating and owning agendas, action items, and follow-ups.
- Support Events marketers to ensure all aspects of the program are on track, flagging delays or facilitating trade-off discussions when necessary.
- Manage a high volume of Events marketing assets and own the management of asset timelines in partnership with the producer.
- Build and maintain Events marketing playbooks, trackers, and templates.
- Own the submission process for Legal & Compliance review, spearheading weekly check-ins, and ensuring materials are revised where necessary.
- Lead the QA process of all assets, ensuring quality standards are met and work is complete.
- Support reporting cadence and facilitate retros, consolidating feedback and implementing optimizations for future work.
- Collaborate with product-specific MPMs to ensure proper product representation when necessary.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program and/or project management.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in a high-velocity Events Marketing environment and in a highly regulated industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to organize information quickly and at a high level to address potential roadblocks, define the best way forward, and communicate trade-offs where appropriate.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze and interpret data to inform marketing decisions and identify risks in projects early.
- Experience operating and driving work independently in a dynamic environment, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Understanding of asset creation and approval cycles.
- Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Passion for democratizing finance and a deep understanding of Robinhood's mission, products, and target customers.
