About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IT Recruiter (EMEA) - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our recruitment strategies and sourcing top talent across the EMEA region. As a Senior IT Recruiter, you will leverage your expertise in full-cycle recruiting to identify and engage with candidates for various technical roles, including C#, .NET, Azure, SQL, AI, ML, and NLP.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for technical positions.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
• Utilize recruitment metrics to track and improve the effectiveness of hiring processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter, with a focus on technical roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Experience in promoting diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI, ML, and NLP recruitment.
• Knowledge of the EMEA job market and employment regulations.
• Familiarity with technical skills such as C#, .NET, Azure, and SQL.
