About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer - Remote to join our dynamic team. - Contribute to the development of best practices and documentation for implementation processes.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support demand generation and field marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our implementation strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in implementation engineering or a related field, with a strong focus on healthcare IT.
- Proficient in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with API integration, Ruby on Rails, and web APIs.
- Strong understanding of identity management and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple projects.
- Familiarity with HL7 and FHIR standards is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in federal sales or working with public sector clients.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
