What You'll Do

• Lead the Public Sector Customer Success team, focusing on delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring clients realize the full value of GitLab's offerings.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align customer feedback with product development and enhancements.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector, advocating for their needs within GitLab.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, with a focus on the public sector.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving customer satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of public sector challenges and how GitLab can address them.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with data analysis and using insights to drive decision-making.
