Senior Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Designer - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions for marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Utilize tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and Canva to create compelling visuals that resonate with our audience.
• Implement user-centered design principles to enhance the overall user experience across digital platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate generative AI techniques to elevate design outcomes.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster their growth and development.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance campaign development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
• Proficiency in design software including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects.
• Experience in UX design and video editing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of branding and marketing design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing deadlines.
• Familiarity with Oracle WMS Cloud, SAP, and Salesforce Commerce is advantageous.
