About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager - ERP Remote to join our dynamic team.   • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve customer outcomes.
  • Experience in project management and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
