About the Role

We are seeking a Senior B2C Marketing Manager to join our mission-driven team at Too Good To Go. This Senior B2C Marketing Manager remote position focuses on empowering individuals to combat food waste through innovative marketing strategies. You will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's presence and consumer engagement in France, contributing to our mission of reducing food waste globally.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of brand and marketing storytelling across owned and paid channels.
  • Drive local campaigns and consumer activations, leveraging seasonal moments to maximize impact.
  • Manage creative production briefings for our in-house team, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Coordinate centrally-led Paid User Acquisition efforts to foster growth in the French market.
  • Collaborate with Global CRM teams to engage users meaningfully and tailor global campaigns for local execution.
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing and PR to ensure cross-functional alignment and maximize opportunities.
  • Identify local trends and opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Foster strong relationships with marketing colleagues across Southern Europe to share ideas and ensure consistent brand alignment.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in growth marketing, with a core focus on consumer marketing and brand building.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and a clear, empathetic communication style.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively across virtual teams.
  • Hands-on experience in planning and executing consumer marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in both French and English, with a keen eye for detail in creative content.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for making a positive impact on society and the environment.
