About the Role

Join NeuraFlash as a Senior AWS Developer, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI solutions. This remote position allows you to leverage your expertise in AWS to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and streamline business operations.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and implement effective contact center solutions using AWS technologies.
  • Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews, identifying customer requirements and processes.
  • Develop and configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.
  • Lead hands-on development of solution designs, ensuring adherence to best practices and programming principles.
  • Oversee a development team, distributing tasks and conducting code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Deliver technical end-user training and create comprehensive documentation.
  • Exercise independent judgment and take the lead on enterprise-level projects with minimal direction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hands-on programming with languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of AWS core services and best practices regarding security and scalability.
  • Experience building integrations across multiple systems and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with JSON format and related services.
  • Proficient troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Experience with AWS CloudFormation and Lambda integrations.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices or Infrastructure as Code.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Workforce Management (WFM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and contact center solutions.
  • Familiarity with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP.
  • Experience with Contact Flow implementation and Lex integration.
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.
  • Certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Developer Associate, or Salesforce Certified Administrator.
