About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Representative - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our sales team. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing essential support to enhance the sales process.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide timely responses to enhance their experience.
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare price quotes and proposals.
• Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce and SAP to manage customer interactions and data.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role.
• Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce or SAP.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience in automation control systems or manufacturing execution systems (MES).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with technical documentation and project management.
