• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by utilizing effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing exemplary service and adapting your approach based on individual personalities and needs.
• Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and create unforgettable customer experiences.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data.
• Assist with product deliveries, ensuring proper storage and organization in the store.
• Maintain high shop floor standards through effective merchandising and taking pride in your work environment.
• Operate the till system, handling financial transactions including returns and exchanges.

Requirements
