Retirement Plan Analyst (401k) - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Retirement Plan Analyst (401k) remote to join our team at Benetrends Financial. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the day-to-day administration and compliance of our 401(K) clients. You will serve as their main point of contact, ensuring they fully understand their retirement plans and receive the highest quality of service. What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with 401(K) clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Handle full scope plan administration including contributions, loans, and compliance testing.
• Support Form 5500 preparation and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Research and resolve compliance questions efficiently.
• Explain regulations to clients in an understandable way, enhancing their understanding of their retirement plans.
• Maintain accurate workflow and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to streamline processes.
• Stay informed on retirement plan laws and developments to provide the best service possible.

Requirements

• ASPPA credential or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or a related field.
• Knowledge of 401(k) plan administration and IRS rules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
