As a Resourcing Partner, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in the healthcare sector. What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Utilize digital marketing strategies to enhance candidate engagement and improve the overall candidate experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Implement and manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
• Conduct market mapping and engage with potential candidates across various platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of compliance, risk assessment, and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Experience with digital marketing and candidate sourcing techniques.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or clinical support recruitment.
