As a Resourcing Partner, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in the healthcare sector. What You'll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Utilize digital marketing strategies to enhance candidate engagement and improve the overall candidate experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Implement and manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
- Conduct market mapping and engage with potential candidates across various platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of compliance, risk assessment, and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Experience with digital marketing and candidate sourcing techniques.
