Remote Tech Lead - Fullstack Development & Architecture

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Tech Lead to spearhead our development teams and drive architectural decisions across our projects. As a Remote Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of fullstack web applications. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies including .NET 8 and 9, REST APIs, Docker, and Kubernetes, all while working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor development teams in the design and implementation of scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Architect and develop fullstack web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Oversee the integration of microservices and ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Implement best practices for software development and project management, utilizing methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and enhance team productivity.
• Manage technical direction and provide guidance on architecture design and development processes.
• Engage with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role in software development.
• Strong knowledge of .NET frameworks, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Expertise in fullstack development with proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on team development and performance metrics.
• Ability to solve complex problems and make architectural decisions that align with business goals.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
• Experience in project management and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle databases.
