Requirements

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates effectively.
• Experience with talent sourcing and recruiting, preferably in technical roles.
• Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools and automation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects.
• 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting or talent sourcing role is preferred.
