Remote STEM Associate - Bilingual Engagement

About the Role

We are looking for a Remote STEM Associate to join the Hispanic Access Foundation team. This part-time role (20 hours per week) is essential in supporting the coordination and implementation of our Pathways to Science: A Role Model and Mentoring Program. As a Remote STEM Associate, you will play a key role in increasing awareness of health and STEM career pathways through engaging activities such as role model talks, immersive field trips, and mentorship experiences.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate the mentorship program and manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide logistical support for program deliverables, including scheduling, contracts, payment requests, reimbursements, and expense tracking.
• Maintain organized records across various digital tools such as Google Drive, Monday.com, and Salesforce.
• Support bilingual (Spanish-English) engagement to inspire youth and families in exploring health and STEM fields.
• Foster professional connections that encourage mentorship and leadership development among participants.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in administrative support or program coordination.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Passion for STEM education and community engagement.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
