What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and manage end-to-end program plans.

- Focus on Infrastructure and Operations, including compute and storage solutions.
- Drive the execution of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Utilize your technical expertise to guide teams in overcoming challenges and achieving project goals.

- Monitor and report on program progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, preferably in the tech or space industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and operations, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage teams across different time zones.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the space industry or with satellite technology.
