About the Role

Vidyard is seeking a Remote Senior Software Developer to join our innovative Developer Experience team. As a leader in AI-powered video messaging solutions, we empower revenue teams to connect with buyers effectively. In this role, you'll collaborate with experienced developers and a Product Manager to enhance our developer tools and platforms, ensuring a seamless experience.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain tools that simplify the developer experience, focusing on scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with the Infrastructure Pillar to enhance our microservices architecture, ensuring optimal service availability.
• Implement observability practices, including metrics, logging, and distributed tracing, to monitor application performance.
• Work with the DevEx Pillar to create state-of-the-art CI/CD tooling, improving build, test, and deployment processes.
• Lead initiatives to streamline onboarding processes for new developers, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
• Participate in incident management and resolution, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer, with a focus on building scalable applications.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Go.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for improving developer workflows.
