About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote QA Engineer to join our team at MultiBank Group, a leading global financial institution. As a Remote QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our trading platforms. What You'll Do

  • Design and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks for our trading systems.
  • Build automated tests for web, mobile, and API layers to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated test execution to enhance development efficiency.
  • Perform load and performance testing on trading systems to ensure optimal performance under high demand.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to shift testing left in the development cycle, identifying issues early.
  • Identify and track quality metrics and testing coverage to continuously improve our processes.
  • Participate in release planning and make informed go/no-go decisions based on testing outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of QA automation experience, preferably in the fintech sector.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
  • Understanding of CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to think like both a developer and a tester.

Nice to Have

  • Experience testing financial transactions and trading systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications in software testing or quality assurance.
