About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the cybersecurity sector. As a Remote Project Manager, you will play a critical role in leading projects that ensure the security and integrity of our clients' data. You will work with a talented team to implement best practices in project management, utilizing methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall to deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple cybersecurity projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for project tracking and reporting.
• Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation to optimize project performance.
• Provide technical support and solutions consulting to clients, enhancing their cybersecurity posture.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to refine project management processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the cybersecurity field.
• Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SIEM technologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with cloud engineering and automation is desirable.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations in cybersecurity.
• Experience in healthcare-related projects.
• Familiarity with tools such as Okta, Ping Identity, and Microsoft Entra ID.
