What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Oversee budget management, including budget reviews and financial reporting.
• Utilize your expertise in program management to implement Agile methodologies and improve project workflows.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Analyze project data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support the development of marketing campaigns and scientific content as needed.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the medical communications field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for budget management and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with scientific writing and content development is a plus.
