• Provide comprehensive support to legal teams by preparing and reviewing legal documents.
• Manage inbound customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of case files.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve customer service delivery.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal or in a related legal field.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and CRM software.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with legal drafting and document preparation.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and customer support tools like Zendesk or Intercom.
• Knowledge of German language is a plus.
