What You'll Do

• Manage logistics and execution for conferences and in-person events, ensuring all aspects are organized and on schedule.
• Coordinate booth bookings, event registrations, and the shipping of promotional materials.
• Submit artwork, sponsorship forms, and other required assets to ensure compliance and visibility.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions of all marketing materials.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer teams to drive seamless program execution and enhance overall marketing output.
• Leverage AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and consistency of marketing efforts.
• Maintain checklists and timelines to ensure operational excellence in all marketing initiatives.
• Continuously seek ways to optimize processes and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or tech industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including AI-based solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
