About the Role

We are seeking a Remote IT Specialist System Integration Trainer to join our dynamic team at GFN. This role involves teaching and guiding IT specialists in system integration through both in-person and online training sessions. As a trainer, you will engage with diverse groups of learners, ensuring they gain the necessary skills in network technology, server fundamentals, and current operating systems.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive IT training on various topics, including network technology and server fundamentals.
  • Provide instruction on virtualization and cloud computing, ensuring learners are well-versed in modern technologies.
  • Utilize PowerShell in training sessions to enhance practical learning experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and IT security standards throughout all training programs.
  • Engage with diverse groups of learners, adapting your teaching style to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with other instructors for professional development and continuous improvement of training methods.
  • Prepare and provide evidence of pedagogical qualifications to maintain high teaching standards.
  • Enjoy teaching and possess didactic competence to facilitate effective learning.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable degree.
  • Proven pedagogical qualifications or a willingness to obtain them.
  • Current certifications, such as Microsoft Azure or Linux Essentials, are highly desirable.
  • Strong German language skills are required for effective communication with learners.
  • Ability to work with heterogeneous groups and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in online teaching platforms and tools.
  • Familiarity with current trends in IT and system integration.
  • Additional language skills beyond German.
