What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize the EHR revenue cycle processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collections.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance revenue cycle performance and resolve any issues related to claims processing.
• Lead a team of professionals in the management of medical billing, coding compliance, and revenue cycle operations.
• Utilize tools such as Epic, JIRA, and SQL to analyze data and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff on EHR systems and revenue cycle best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, specifically within the healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in EHR systems, particularly Epic, and knowledge of medical billing and coding standards.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a remote team.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations and best practices in healthcare administration.

Nice to Have

• Experience with training and development in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of insurance claims processing and A/R management.
• Certification in healthcare management or related fields.
