About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to drive insights and support decision-making processes. As a Remote Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, create dashboards, and present findings that influence strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards using modern BI tools like Tableau and Google Analytics 4.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of various strategies and campaigns.
  • Utilize SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Implement data validation and management strategies to ensure data integrity.
  • Communicate findings clearly through data storytelling techniques.
  • Work on high-impact projects that contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses, particularly BigQuery.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Experience with data modeling, dimensional modeling, and star schemas.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and customer success metrics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Familiarity with oncology data analysis.
