What You'll Do
- Proactively manage client relationships to ensure renewals and facilitate expansion opportunities.
- Drive the adoption of Zimperium’s solution within the customer’s user base, demonstrating business value.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, showcasing your product and domain expertise.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage risks and escalations effectively.
- Gather customer feedback to drive product capabilities and enhancements.
- Assist customers with deployment planning and best practices for a smooth rollout.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent engineering degree.
- 10+ years of experience with enterprise software solutions.
- 5+ years in customer success roles, preferably in security, managing large enterprise customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
- Database/SQL skills are essential.
- Domain expertise in mobility and security is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings.
