About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Remote Customer Experience Representative to join the BRUNT team. In this role, you will engage with our customers on the phone, ensuring their needs are understood and exceeded. Our mission at BRUNT is to redefine the workwear category by engineering better boots and apparel for tradesmen and women. As a Remote Customer Experience Representative, you will help build lasting relationships with our customers, making their experience with us exceptional.
What You'll Do
- Engage with our customers on the phone, completing an average of 10 calls per hour.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding department SLAs of 90% Customer Satisfaction Rating (CSAT).
- Track daily time and attendance as this position is classified as non-exempt hourly.
- Build fanatical relationships with customers by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Participate in weekly hangouts and events to foster community engagement.
