About the Role

We're hiring a Remote Content Manager to lead our video-first content strategy at SavvyNomad. This role is essential for helping Americans living abroad stay connected to the U.S. financial and legal system while optimizing their tax obligations. As a Remote Content Manager, you'll have the opportunity to expand our content output across multiple creators and formats, ensuring quality and brand consistency.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard additional creators, freelancers, and partners to scale our content production.
  • Develop playbooks for new creators to ensure quick and consistent content delivery.
  • Translate company priorities into a clear content strategy, including pillars, series, formats, and a scalable content calendar.
  • Own the end-to-end production operations, from brief to publish, ensuring minimal meetings and maximum efficiency.
  • Run systematic experiments to improve content performance, utilizing YouTube Studio for insights.
  • Create a repeatable workflow for repurposing long-form content into short-form clips for distribution across various platforms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a content manager or producer role, with a focus on video content.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube fundamentals, including hooks, retention, and pacing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to work 2-4 hours per day overlapping with US Eastern time.
  • Experience in scaling production systems and workflows.

Nice to Have

  • Background as a digital nomad or expat.
  • Experience with accuracy-sensitive content in finance, tax, or legal fields.
  • Ability to create content yourself, such as scripts or voiceovers.

  • Base salary of $40,000–$60,000 USD, depending on experience.
