  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience and streamline processes.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in customer service or travel consulting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using online booking tools and GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
