Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 0-3 years of experience in customer support, sales, or education is a plus.
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated emotional stability and mature emotional management abilities.
- Commitment to upholding professional ethics and protecting client privacy.
- Willingness to participate in continuous learning and relevant training.
