What You'll Do
- Determine appropriate treatment plans and solutions for rehabilitation services.
- Prepare clinical documentation and patient reports efficiently.
- Supervise Associates to ensure they receive the necessary training and support for their registration journey.
- Maintain sound knowledge of ACC obligations, guidelines, and policies.
- Utilize diary management software to optimize scheduling and patient care.
Requirements
- A degree or qualification in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
- Current APC or Membership/Registration with Hand Therapy NZ, PBNZ, or OTNZ.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of patients and colleagues.
- Open to candidates of all skill levels who wish to specialize in Hand Therapy.
- Experience in upper limb rehabilitation is preferred for overseas candidates.
Nice to Have
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior therapists.
- Familiarity with AI tools, particularly in clinical documentation.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
