What You'll Do

• Determine appropriate treatment plans and solutions for rehabilitation services.
• Prepare clinical documentation and patient reports efficiently.
• Supervise Associates to ensure they receive the necessary training and support for their registration journey.
• Maintain sound knowledge of ACC obligations, guidelines, and policies.
• Utilize diary management software to optimize scheduling and patient care.

Requirements

• A degree or qualification in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
• Current APC or Membership/Registration with Hand Therapy NZ, PBNZ, or OTNZ.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of patients and colleagues.
• Open to candidates of all skill levels who wish to specialize in Hand Therapy.
• Experience in upper limb rehabilitation is preferred for overseas candidates.

Nice to Have

• Experience mentoring or supervising junior therapists.
• Familiarity with AI tools, particularly in clinical documentation.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
