Regional Institutional Manager - Crypto & Stablecoins
About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Institutional Manager to join Anchorage Digital, a leading crypto platform that empowers institutions to engage in digital assets. This Regional Institutional Manager remote position is crucial for driving the growth and future success of our company by building high-value client relationships and monetizing our products and services.
What You'll Do
- Originate and develop financial institution client relationships, focusing on stablecoins and digital assets.
- Generate new revenue opportunities while protecting and growing wallet share.
- Collaborate with peers and the broader organization to share insights and drive initiatives that meet client needs.
- Develop account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and maintain a robust pipeline using our CRM system.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of treasury clients, resolving issues creatively and adapting to dynamic circumstances.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B institutional sales or relationship management within financial services or digital assets.
- Strong technical knowledge and passion for stablecoins and banking.
- Excellent communication skills with a fluent command of English.
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to structure and negotiate bespoke commercial agreements.
