About the Role

CloudBees is hiring a full-time Principal Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and work remotely from the USA. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our product marketing strategy, driving product positioning, and ensuring our messaging resonates with our target audience. As a Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product offerings and enhancing our market presence.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive landscape, informing product development and positioning.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including product messaging, sales tools, and customer case studies.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
