Payroll Lead - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Payroll Lead - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee payroll operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP while implementing global payroll best practices. As a Payroll Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing payroll processes across the APAC region, leveraging your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to enhance payroll efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Lead payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for clients.
• Implement payroll systems and processes, including automation and integration with existing HR systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage relationships to ensure seamless payroll execution.
• Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations, including tax laws and labor standards.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations for payroll improvements and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in payroll management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, including ADP WFN and SAP.
• Experience with U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B and SaaS payroll environments.
• Familiarity with payroll implementation in a global context.
• Knowledge of compliance and risk management in payroll operations.
