About the Role

We are seeking a talented Payments Performance Analyst - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing payment performance metrics, driving insights that directly impact revenue and conversion rates. You will work closely with Product and Commercial teams, ensuring that our payment strategies align with business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze payment performance data to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment processes and enhance user experience.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of payment strategies.
  • Utilize SQL and Python for data analysis and reporting.
  • Engage in relationship building with stakeholders to ensure alignment on performance goals.
  • Support fraud investigation and ensure data integrity across payment operations.
  • Contribute to the technical roadmap and leadership initiatives within the team.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a payments or fintech environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience with dashboard tools such as Retool or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google TAG Manager is a plus.

  • Experience in B2B sales or relationship management.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and their application in data analysis.
