Operations Manager - Luxury Retail (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our luxury retail team remotely. As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the overall organization of our counter operations, ensuring that we maintain our brand's high standards of excellence and service.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily operations of the retail counter, including opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee stock management, after-sales service, and financial flows, including cash handling.
• Coordinate with back-office teams to ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Conduct numerical analyses and contribute to the drafting of daily and weekly reports.
• Act as a liaison between the counter and the Customer Service department.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the retail sector, with a strong background in operations management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
• Proficiency with digital tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage priorities effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with the Y2 Retail system.
• Strong writing skills for reporting and communication.
• Knowledge of luxury retail standards and after-sales processes.
