About the Role

We are seeking a Neuropsych Sales Specialist - Remote to join our innovative team at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries. In this role, you will be responsible for driving significant sales growth and profitability within your defined territory through compliant and ethical solutions. As a Neuropsych Sales Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in account-based selling to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) and office staff, ensuring that we meet patients' needs effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with regional team members and key external contacts (i.e., HCPs and entire office staff) at all levels.
  • Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing of products to current and potential customers.
  • Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to appropriately promote products and provide patient education.
  • Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Regularly review and analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
  • Maintain a competitive edge by addressing external market challenges while fostering collaboration with internal teams.
  • Achieve all sales performance goals, reach objectives, and complete all administrative duties for your geographical assignment.
  • Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines set by Teva.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of full-time, documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven record of accomplishments in this specific market toward meeting established objectives.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and open communication.
  • Ability to interact with HCPs in both face-to-face and virtual environments.
  • Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing preferred.
  • Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.

Nice to Have

  • New product launch experience preferred.
  • Broad therapeutic area experience particularly in the therapeutic area preferred.
