Museum Project Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Museum Project Coordinator to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a vital part in planning and executing various museum events, ensuring a vibrant cultural experience for our visitors. As a Museum Project Coordinator, you will work closely with art clubs and communities to bring special programs to life, making a significant impact on the museum's outreach and engagement.

What You'll Do

• Plan and schedule museum events (lectures, presentations, tours, etc.) two months in advance with weekly updates.
• Collaborate with art clubs and communities to conduct special programs in the museum.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from media, partners, and visitors.
• Coordinate the museum's preparation for events and actively participate in them.
• Work with experts to prepare audio guides, video lectures, and other content.
• Post information about events on the museum's website and partner resources.
• Oversee the development of museum merchandise from concept to execution.
• Coordinate volunteer activities within the museum.

Requirements

• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines.
• High motivation to work in a museum environment.
• Empathy and friendliness in interactions.
• Basic skills in office software (Word, Excel) and video editing tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience in project management or event coordination.
• Familiarity with cultural institutions and their operations.
• Knowledge of art history or museum studies.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary of 85,000 RUB plus a monthly bonus of 15,000 - 30,000 RUB.
• Flexible work schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, or Monday to Friday (time negotiable).
