Mid-Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Fully Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying machine learning models that enhance our content moderation tools and services. What You'll Do

• Manage the full lifecycle of machine learning models, from training and development to production deployment and continuous performance monitoring.
• Deploy models to production ensuring scalability, efficiency, and operational continuity, with a focus on performance optimization.
• Design, implement, and operate monitoring and reliability systems, including metrics, logging, tracing, model and data drift detection, alerting, SLOs, and incident management.
• Operate in a CI/CD environment for ML (e.g., GitLab CI), utilizing containerization (Docker) and reproducible workflows.
• Use ML frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, and optimization/runtime stacks like ONNX and TensorRT.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch.
• Experience with deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring and reliability systems for machine learning.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of additional ML frameworks.
• Previous experience in a SaaS environment.
