About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team at XM. What You'll Do

• Write clean, simple, maintainable, and testable code as a Backend Developer.
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based services and APIs.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in and conduct code reviews to uphold coding standards.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to backend development.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• In-depth experience with Go programming language; experience in other languages is a plus.
• Strong understanding of REST service designs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and tracing systems.
• Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Good knowledge of programming best practices and design patterns.
• Familiarity with automation tools for deployment and management of containerized applications.
• Understanding of algorithmic complexity, data structures, and multithreading concepts.
