MAWM Support Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated MAWM Support Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a MAWM Support Engineer remote, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software applications, particularly those provided by Manhattan Associates. Your expertise will help resolve software issues and enhance system functionality, making a significant impact on our warehouse operations.

What You'll Do

• Resolve software issues by collaborating with the software vendor (Manhattan Associates).
• Troubleshoot technical and functional problems, performing system and regression testing on new features.
• Work on system enhancements to add new features and functionality to the software application.
• Provide guidance and training to users for effective software application utilization.
• Be proactive and responsive to customer inquiries via Teams and email, adhering to service level agreements (SLA).
• Document warehouse business and system processes while managing support tickets.
• Utilize strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to address MAWM functional and technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues impacting warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a MAWM Support Engineer remote.
• Deep understanding of software applications and underlying business processes.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work an 8-hour shift between 10 AM and 7 PM CST, with potential weekend and holiday coverage.

• Experience with warehouse management systems.

• Previous experience in a customer support role.
