Marketing Manager - Training Products (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the marketing efforts for our training products. This Marketing Manager remote position allows you to work from anywhere while driving awareness and demand for HDI and ICMI's training offerings. You will be responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support our in-person training events.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Senior Director of Marketing to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and integrated marketing plans that align with business objectives.
  • Explore and pilot emerging marketing channels, including social media, digital advertising, and referral programs.
  • Optimize event websites to enhance customer journeys through strategic SEO and SEM implementation.
  • Track engagement metrics and implement targeted strategies to re-engage past participants and attract new prospects.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using SEM, email, social media, and events to promote our training products.
  • Create impactful marketing materials that drive demand and conversion from target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the prospect's journey and experience on our websites.
  • Report on KPIs, including site traffic, engagement, and conversions, to measure success and learnings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role or agency.
  • Proven experience in campaign management and brand marketing.
  • Strong copywriting skills that ignite action and drive engagement.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Data analytical skills to review data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Familiarity with various marketing mediums, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools to streamline efforts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
